Rate exceptions for single-parent
households; financial hardship; and active
military. Alternative packages negotiable.

Face-to-Face Consultation
Includes a one and a half hour
in-person question and answer
session, postpartum plan
development, nursery / infant
supplies assessment, and HHH
educational materials.
