Massage Therapy

touch-therapy intended to soothe stresses to the body, mind, and spirit.
Massage therapy can reduce production of stress hormones, improve body
image, assist in healing, and help encourage individuals on a path of
personal wellness.  The profession of massage therapy is governed by
state licensure and national certification. HHH offers the following massage
modalities: Classical/Swedish; Deep Tissue; Hot Stone; and Infant
Massage Instruction.

Postpartum Support

A postpartum doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides
practical, confidential, non-judgemental, physical and emotional support to
a family following a birth or adoption.  Postpartum doulas assist and
support the entire family in their home during the postpartum period. A
postpartum doula's goal is to work her/himself out of a job by encouraging
and supporting  parents' efforts to increase their knowledge, confidence,
and family harmony.

For more information visit HHH Postpartum Doula Services.
Infant Massage

Infant massage is known to increase opportunity for parent-infant bonding;
provide relief from the discomfort of teething, congestion, and constipation;
promote deeper and longer sleep; and have a positive impact on babies'
developing nervous systems.  During a workshop you will learn to read your
baby's cues; develop  massage sessions to meet the changing needs of
your baby, while laying the foundation for nurturing touch and open
communication for years to come.  Workshops recommended for parents,
and/or caregivers and their babies.
