schedules, families with high-needs infants, mothers who want to honor the birthing and postpartum recovery process,
single parents, adoptive parents, or women who experienced difficult labor may find it helpful to have the
unconditional, non-judgmental support of a postpartum doula to assist them during the postpartum transition.
Additionally, individuals who live far from extended family or close friends will find a postpartum doula to be a strong
source of practical, physical and emotional support during the postpartum transition.

Common Postpartum Support Schedules
HHH postpartum doula services can span hours, days, weeks, or months depending on your needs. Hours are
